What is meant by ‘White Glove’ service?

The term “white glove service” means a higher level of care and attention to detail. Items are brought into your room of choice. Service includes light assembly, removal of all packaging, and optional removal of old items. In most cases, all you have to do is answer the door and show us where to put your new items – we take care of the rest.

Can I get a delivery without paying more for white glove service?

Yes. We offer other basic delivery options, including Threshold (at your doorstep). However, many customers find that the modest additional cost for white glove service is a convenient upgrade.

Does white glove service delivery take longer than other types?

Not usually. We may inspect and preassemble your furniture BEFORE we arrive at your home. That means we’re in and out faster and you can enjoy your new furniture sooner.
